Retention of course material is a determining factor in the effectiveness of a course. Our training courses are developed in such a way as to be mentally and emotionally stimulating.
Training of staff is done “one on one” or in group settings. Each learner is provided with a course manual highlighting main discussion points to enable them to revisit the material at a later stage.
